Imagine the world, where only cats live. Interested? Then let's go!

Encouraged by the theme of loops we decided to do the game, where you can not only feel the tension of being stuck in a loop, but also relax. Chill, calm down and enjoy beautiful landscapes, lovely characters and their stories.

In our game you can: * Talk to different characters (each of them have their unique stories) * Interact with objects and follow chain actions * Run a game in a game * Lo-Fi Unique soundtracks! * BONUS: If you like cats you will definitely love it!

We are doing our best now to accomplish all we've planned. And we'll be very happy to see some feedback on our game! =)

We still have a lot to do, but who said that building homes for so many cats in 2 towns will be an easy job? Each building will have their owner and a story.

We are close to the finish line! =) And I can smell the magic of game production in the air :DDD

We believe, that the music is a very important part of the game proccess.

So we asked one talanted sound designer to help us with this part of work. We wanted something cozy, looped, relaxing and cute. As far as in game we have 3 scenes, we needed 3 different OSTs for them. Each has it's own character.

We do know about some polishing to be done. Also we had hard times making some little things like items and Inventory on time. However! This was a challenge for us all. And I truly think we've made our best here in so little time!

Had some sleep and made fixes~

Fixes:

• We found out that not all of the citizens of Scratchwood were present in the game in some scenes. So now you can fully enjoy the whole experience of being the cutest Cat Delivery-man!
• We also fixed process bars in a train, so now players can see it clearly.

We are really proud of what we've done during this LD. Still we believe that "Cat's Delivery Service" could have been better, so our team will polish it later somehow. Some features were not placed in a game by the way. For instance animations of cats and objects, mini-arcade game in a Train, during the ride. We wanted to do sooo many, but had so little time. But also it was our first fully made novel with a unique story and characters. And we think that we made a good try representing the theme of being "Stuck in a loop".

As a narrative designer I was surprised we made almost a 30 min long game. A lot of content we haven't done cause of time limits, but all in all seems pretty descent to play.) Hey, guys! So we were thinking about how we can make simple Delivery theme look more interesting and decieded to play with Death a little... not literally ofc. Delivery of Death is gonna be a novel - rpg game, where your brave protagonist is a female rat. She calls herself The Deliverer... and she brings death to whom it may concern.

We'll have such features as: classic RPG moments of choices, animalistic design and story based on fantasy furry kingdom, some story twists ofc and last but not least - synthwave music.

ALSO we decieded to work with Midjourney AI this time for our project, so it will be cool to see what it can do!

Soon we hope to make it and show you the first glimpse of our novel-rpg game! =)

Delivery of Death finally released! Bug fixes are ahead, but we still will appreciate if you take a peak and play!
