You can totally lose the game now, but can't win yet. My game idea is an RTS + Clicker. Strategy part is coming first, clicker will produce resources and units for the player. NOT UNITY! Heh.

I couldn't believe I was able to finish the game. It was so hard to implement both game mechanics in one game. But I am very happy with the result. There are still bugs and it is not balanced, but it's fun to play nonetheless.
Sooo tired at the moment.
Good luck everyone and happy voting!
It's called StarClick! Check it out. https://ldjam.com/events/ludum-dare/41/starclick

Can you please link here some strategy games of yours? Thanks! I've made an RTS, so I want to play something of the kind.
Hey, I've just made a big update of the game. Mostly bug fixes and balance changes based on your feedback. So if you would like to, please play the game again and tell me how you like it now.
So the whole experience should be much smoother now. Still controls are not as convenient as in StarCraft, for instance no rectangular selection of multiple units, but hey, it's a clicker, just click more!
Thank you guys for your feedback, I enjoy very much your kind comments. I just love it when people play my games and like them.

I've started quite late, just a few hours ago and it's time to go to bed, but hopefully will have something playable tomorrow.

For tomorrow I need to construct a somewhat fun level to play.
Made with Godot and C#.

I've created a basic playfield with a character. We are going for the Don't Starve aesthetic, so using their sprites as placeholders and for inspiration.
Developing in Godot

And I have no idea how do you guys create such great looking gifs... I had to downsize mine extremely.

Our game is finished!

The amount of positive feedback is overwhelmingly heartwarming, it's one of the best Ludum Dares for us so far!
