After a long, long time trying to come up with ideas - pretty much 3/4 of yesterday - we've finally got an idea! Here's a screenshot of the game at the moment:

(Ouch, it's midnight.) I've got my awesome american/canadian friends to continue to add levels to WRAP right up until the deadline in two hours, so you may want to wait until that time to play/judge it, but whatever.
