it’s called Minor Deities. The story is that you are one of many gods in the universe, and are assigned one tiny world in your corner of the universe to work with. The goal is to keep you people alive for 10 turns, by controlling only the elements. Be careful to maintain a balance between their beliefs and their scientific knowledge, or they may end up killing off themselves.

Graphics need a lot of work :))))) Used basic4gl without additional libraries, spritesomething, paint and gimp to draw stuff, and sfxr for the sound effects.
