It's my first time.
Have been watching from the sidelines for some years as all of you created great games. I hope I can meet your expectations. Will be using Unity and Pixel- or Voxelart. :)

I really struggled with the topic at first. In my game you have to keep a cake alive. :)

I spent most of the day improving look and feel. Sound exists but is still lacking. Open for suggestions.

Finished! Had to scratch a few cool ideas at the end when i found out that Unity hates WebGL. Looking forward to playing all your games.

Happy to see that Save The Cake reached 20+ ratings without any promotion. I got some nice feedback and apparently the game is "super addictive".

Super impressed right now how @neuronezero actually beat Save The Cake !
It's amazing to see how dedicated some people are. I remember how I initially wanted to add 99 waves but then thought "this game won't need more than 29 levels, nobody will play it that far anyway". How wrong I was.
I want to pay my respect and shout out his game: Starship Clicker

Protect your cake from the Sleems. Save The Cake can even be played on the phone.

Long story short: Really struggled with the topic, wasted a lot of time, still managed to do something fun in the end. I'm a little sad because I wasn't able to give this game the polish it deserves.

I'm ready to take on some opinions: https://ldjam.com/events/ludum-dare/49/rolling-home
using this as an opportunity to learn Unreal.
