First Ludum Dare Compo Submission

It's done. My first Ludum Dare experience was very intensive (in a good way). It's quite different to do a compo compared to a Global Game Jam, but very fun as well!

My game is a Horror-Survival-Clicker game. Feel free to have a look at: https://ldjam.com/events/ludum-dare/41/nightmare-clicker

Robots of Outer Space

Finished this two man project right in time. Playtesting was a lot of fun. We would recommend playing it together with a friend. The optional 8-bit music didn't make it into the final version, but the sound of heavy guitars isn't bad either!

How to deal with staring time midnight in Europe

  1. Get sleep early on Friday.
  2. Get up early, brainstorm on the theme during breakfast while meeting the development buddy.
  3. Forget about step 1 and 2.
  4. On Friday at 10:30 pm decide that you do not really want to sleep. Already meet about 11:45, start brainstorming and see what the night brings.

Our game featuring the mysterious delicacy "Schnosenfloot" is slowly beginning to take shape. :octopus: Lighting in Godot can be tricky... :seenoevil:

Lights!

Fighting against Godot 4 in combination with Git. :seenoevil:  But the vibes from 2D lighting almost make up for it!
