I'm joining my first ludum dare. I did expect that there would be a join button, like on itch. I've submitted some themes and tried slaughtering some themes, but there were just to many submissions. Maybe it can be reduced to one theme submission per person. I've heard a lot of people say that the theme always sucks, I'm hoping for side effects or no upgrades only downgrades. I've made quite a few games already, but they suffer from feature creep (https://mikalagrand.itch.io/), so I'm going to try to make a game with one core mechanic.

I'm wondering why the theme "déjà vu" is in all three of the voting rounds.
