LD 40

I have an idea!

So i have an idea for Ludum Dare that kinda matches the theme. So , you are the player , and you must rush through various stages with a lot of obstacles with parkour. Here is the catch : You will have a fatigue meter and as it increases , the alpha of the obstacles decreases , making them harder to see and eventually invisible. The player can pick up sodas to decrease the fatigue meter. The faster the player completes the course , the bigger the score bonus. So its pretty much , the more the meter fills up , the worse the level gets. I am thinking of adding coins so the player at the end of each course can purchase updgrades like , faster movement , larger jumps or even slowing down time.

Progress is being made!

So i decided to switch the gameplay since i dont realy know how to change the alpha of a gameobject based on a slider value. So i made it so the fatigue bar affects your running , walking and jumping speed. I am gonna get down to creating a basic level and after that i will make consumables.

EDIT : So , its 15 minutes later and i have already finished the consumables. Now i just need to make the models and make some levels and then i can go to phase 3. BTW the project is called Dont Get Fatigued . I know its not the most original name but its something at least.

Tutorial Done!

I am finaly done with the tutorial of the game. Now i will be making the next levels and some music for them. How many levels should i make?

Thats gonna be interesting

So, i got programming-artillery. Not the best option, but i can make a game out of it. I am going to start now and wish for the best.
