This is my first time in an LD jam, so I have to ask is theme voting always so tense?
I ABSOLUTELY HATE THIS THEME, however I am willing to look on the bright side and try not to rage quit... crying on the inside
It took forever to get an idea for me... but i'm going for a ctg and tower defence hopefully I can get something done...
my engine crashed , and i haven't saved
I wrote several hundred lines of code, feeling quite confident, then after hrs I decide to do my first game-play test - only to realise that I had f*cked up early on so badly I have to change all of my code...
I absolutely f*ckin' hate this theme, I had to go through my engine crashing without saving my work so far, I accidentally made a mistake early in my re-written code meaning I now have to re-write everything again. As much as I want to participate I will most likely have more terrible luck - Should I quit whilst I am ahead? Or instead keep trying? And most likely fail completely...

hi im sort of new to game-making and so far i find it enjoyable, however i lack necessary art skills to develop myself as a game developer if anyone has any tips on how to improve art skills i would love to hear them
