Been pretty excited to finally participate in a game jam. I was going through all the hurdles of figuring out the time it'd be starting then I saw the little adjustment for my timezone and a singe manly tear ran down my cheek.

I just submitted my game about 20 minutes ago and wanted to start playing and rating games. Yet I can't seem to find the button to do it. Are you not allowed to vote until after the submission hour? Also what do these mean? Sorry for the horribly noobish questions. I've never done this before.

If you like balancing resources, music that might remind you of TTD, and a UI overlay that turns the game into spreadsheet manager, then you would would probably like my submission A dying City. It's definitly got it's bugs, the sourcecode is an absolute mess, I feel like I should include a NSFL warning on it.

If you think it sounds interesting please go play, rate it, and give me some feedback. I don't mind if you don't like it and rate it negatively, I just want to here what people think about it. The more feedback I get the better I can do when I remake it.

I have a few friends who were interested in Ludum Dare but didn't have time to make a game. Turns out that you apparently can't even make posts like this without being a participant (that or the friend who tried is daft), so I have to do it for them.

They wanted to know when non-participants can rate things.
