Almost finished player animations
I haven't really delved much into Unity's 2D side, but I seem to be picking up the pace. Sprite sheets are coming along nicely, animations are ready to go, and LWRP 2D lighting is looking nice.

I have added some terrain with the help of the tile system in Unity, and have gotten the animations to work according to the player's movement.
To do: - add attack capability
add crafting system
add zombies
polish up the background

I've finished my zombie-beat-em-up game to a somewhat viable product, and as I go to upload it I realized I don't have a name for it. Suggestions are welcome!
A bit about my game: You start with only your fists. Zombies take a few hits to kill. If you move correctly you can avoid being hit. Killing a zombie has a chance to drop a weapon or modification, changing your playstyle. Zombie spawns speed up to a point where you can easily be overwhelmed.
Building with WebGL takes a pretty long time, so make sure you give yourself a bit of time in case something goes wrong with your build.
