Gonna give this a shot, I did #39 but didn't submit anything :P

I'm going to try using HTML% / JavaScript with node.js, pixi.js for graphics rendering library, and possibly socket.io for networking if appropriate.

IF it involves maps I'll probably use Tiled map editor :)
