Current Progress for LD #29

So my progress for LD #29…

Still struggling on thinking about the stable concept for the game.

Also, I am planning to incorporate with one of 1GAM theme.

Also, I will use the same game engine(?) like my previous 2 games, so no programming at all but also no frame-update so I need to carefully choose the concept  under the no frame-update limit.

Also, if I can finish this game, it will be the 3rd game I made in month April 2014.

Also, this is my first time posting a post in Ludum Dare \ :v /

PDF Game “To Surface” Released! (and for LD 29!)

Finally finished my pdf game “To Surface”! 😀

Took hours, also it reached more than 200 slides again just like my previous game.

Also, I changed the main character from fish into a person wearing orange suit.

The story still same that the person need to escape from the maze and reach the surface.

To play it, you need a pdf reader, however a lot of browser and desktop already support pdf reader so no need to install software or plugin to play the game ^^

You can play the game here:

Ludum Dare 47

Guess I Skipped the Compo. But Hello, Jam.

I was planning to participate in Compo, but because I was still recovering from my illness. I guess I shouldn't push myself too hard this time. Maybe next Compo.

As for the theme "Stuck in a Loop", took over one day to decide what kind of game I would make since I added an additional personal restriction. It is that the game must be expandable in the future. So the game is not just one usage only for this jam only, but can be added more contents and more values in the future outside the jam especially the prize of the jam is the game product itself.

The interesting part of this theme that I already made several games with such theme in the past. They are Runny Square and Looping Zip. I guess I made them several years too early?

As the game for this theme and jam, instead of making the word "Stuck" into a problem. I turned it into an opportunity, the game mechanism. So I am currently making a game about a rabbit which must heal heart by shooting heart to the broken heart. Only that, the bunny keep moving following the path. Also, if player shoots the heart twice, the heart will break again. AAAAA by NeithR-20201005.gif

Hope I can finish it this time at least in the Jam.
