First stages of a prototype
Looks like 馃挬 but I'm satisfied with the progress.!

I'm figuring out the controls and the physics.

Still looks like 馃挬 but most of the mechanics are there

It's looking better. The model follows the rotation quite well, until it bumps into a wall 馃槄
I will try to add some animations later.
I was planning on doing a pixel art game since I haven't modeled in quite some time.

It's coming together nicely, but unfortunately I'm running out of steam for today 馃槱

I'm actually using 2d physics with 3d objects attached, since I din't really need the extra dimension. The wall collisions are clunky, hopefully I will have time to improve that.

Spent too much time fiddling with the post processing effects and making textures. Now it looks "good" but it's still not playable.

Making levels is not straightforward because I have to reconnect scripts, prefabs and objects. If I had more time I would properly architect everything so it can be just dropped in.

The animations took a lot less than expected, but they really add charm. Glad I decided to stay awake a bit longer.

Woke up, saw the theme, had breakfast and I had an idea I like. Remember to take a break people ;)
Pleased with the progress so far :)

I know it currently looks like a regular fighting game, but trust me, there will be some out of place elements to match the theme :)
Right now the computer is just spamming moves 馃幃

and the fighting mechanics are done. I added stamina to prevent winning by button mashing 馃挭
Up next the other "secret" genre for my game ;)

A dating sim 馃槂

25 hours total, 11 hours no break, need sleep, work in the morning...
