Maybe I am just blind but I can't find the place to rate games that have been submitted. Where is it supposed to be?

Which also leads to being unable to get any karma and maybe losing track of a game I already played xD

Makes it a bit baffling since I see some submissions have karma already so it worked at some point but it broke?

I have some time today to go try out more games but I want to rate games that really need it so share your games (or recommendations) that fit these criteria:

• games that don't have 20 ratings yet
• they are not hardware intensive (I have a weak laptop)
• would prefer games that are playable on web, but a windows download is ok too

Would love to find some hidden gems, since it seems creator popularity trumps over game quality when it comes to rating counts. I assume most people have issues finding the underdogs since I only recently got 20 ratings and I think my game is in great shape xD (humble brag)
