First real attempt at Ludum Dare this year. I have an idea and I have some code that looks like a game.

It is somewhat Tower Defense like with a twist. Evolution is that your towers effectively are limited and “evolve” over the course of the game. Still working out the last few details but here is a screenshot of the game running and my development environment behind.

Tools: Vim, pyglet, VMWare. Soon will be pulling out the paint and music programs to add that.
