Had some issues trying to publish this, but their fixed now. The game doesn’t really have a title (or a title screen) but you can call it “escape” if you want. Being that is the goal and everything. Your goal is to explore a desert island in search of a wrench, a book, and a battery which you can use to operate a spaceship and escape the island. You’re only enemy, is the island.
Controls: W,S,A,D to move around, space key to check signs.

Hey guys, first jam since December 2011.
I’m probably going to build a game in HTML5/javascript using either my existing source code at https://github.com/zach-binary/phatformer_html5 or ImpactJS.
Good luck to everyone!
I have a pretty rad idea that I think fits the theme. The game will be called dig’em. No mechanics yet just basic movement that is way too fast.
I plan to publish my updates to this page as I work them:
So I’m trying to build something where you have to dig to escape enemies. This is where I am so far, can be played at http://dig-em.herokuapp.com/

I have to rap up now so I can get to the laundromat. I’m not very happy with how it came out. I think the idea was cool but I really shot myself in the foot by building off an incomplete engine.
At the very least I learned a cool new mechanic I may use in the future, and many things wrong with my engine. Here’s a screen.
