We made a game where you fly a planetoid around, destroy other planets, and take their stuff. It has fully destructible terrain, and you can build onto your own planet using pieces taken from planets you've destroyed. Parts of the game are randomly generated. The combat is very chaotic and fast-paced.

This is the third game we've made for Ludum Dare, and it's definitely the best one yet. Personally, we think this is loads of fun, and you should try it out.

Hey, you should check out our game, Planetoid Piracy, if you haven't already.

Basically, you fly around, destroy other planets, take their stuff, and add it to your planet. It's got lots of action and pretty deep gameplay. It's the game you've been waiting to play for years, but never realized until now.

Also you can stand on a planet as it's exploding beneath you, which is a pretty thrilling experience.

You are spacebeard, the great pirate. The planetoid you live on is small, but it’s certainly the greatest, right? Who else would be qualified to conquer the galaxy?

Pilot your planetoid across the galaxy. Fight your enemies. Destroy their planets & their national pride. Take what’s left and use it to make your planet bigger and better. Find all the flamingos.

Fully destructible terrain. Technically open world. Fast and difficult action. Lovely sprite art. Lovely classical music (which we did not make).

Steal the entire galaxy, that is, if you survive.

Me and my brother made some simple character animations for our game. In it, you're a zombie girl samurai, who can lose and buy limbs and body parts. It's kind of inspired by Dororo. Here's the girl samurai's idle animation. I drew her.

All her limbs are separate objects, so it's possible to lose limbs, or hopefully replace them with other zombie limbs. Maybe you'll ending up like a sort of patchwork character.

And here's the flesh seller. My brother drew and animated him.

You hopefully will be able sell your own limbs, or body parts from other zombies to him, and buy weapons and armor, and have new limbs sewn on.

The game is going to have a beat-em-up structure. Hopefully, we can finish it, and it'll be fun.

I didn't like the theme at first, but after coming up with an idea, I don't think it's a bad theme at all.

We made a lovely game about death, dismemberment, and re-memberment. Can you survive in the brutal samurai zombie wasteland world?
