OK maybe I lied a little bit in the title, this is my first LD and I’m not a programmer, but I want to be. That’s why I’m entering, I have been learning the bare basics recently and I’m hoping LD will give me a reason to create SOMETHING, whether it be text based or a simple 2D game. I’m mainly going to be learning over the weekend and putting what I learn into a “game” around the theme, hopefully it’ll be a little better than the Hello World program I’ve been making… I hope anyway!

So yeah I plan on doing it in Python (pretty easy compared to all the other languages I’ve looked at, I have a few books around me and the internet. So… yeah if you have any advice please post it in the comments below and good luck everyone
