Should I submit an early draft?

I’m 100% new to this competition and am wondering. My game is far from finished, but should I put up an early version before I go to bed tonight/this morning for critique?
I would be happy if somebody could answer this question for me.

anything is better than nothing, but if you submit a gif of simple gameplay or something it’ll bring in peoples interest

How do I go about submitting?

I apologize as I’m sure that it’s been asked, but this close to the deadline I don’t know if I can find it fast enough.
I read through the submission page and it wanted a link. I don’t have my game online as far as I can tell.
Also I saw no way to include the source code for my game. Do I just include the executable?
*more information
my game is created in Visual Studio C++.
I have it on my computer but not online.

You just upload the executable and the source (if you want) anywhere (mega, google drive…) and provide the link.

You should upload you executables and source codes on some file hosting service (ie. DropBox, Google Drive etc) and then just fill in the link. Also make sure your executables come with necessary libraries/frameworks, so people can run them.
