Theme didn't inspire me, so I'm making a generic sidescrolling action game for the compo. Will have to see if I can shoehorn the theme in. Using Love2d and Aseprite. Best of luck to everyone!

First day is over. I slept a lot and took it easy.

Progress so far:

-Basic game logic done

-Some spritework done

-Almost finished a music track

My plan now is to take yet another break, then finish sound and graphic work. Then I'll have plenty of time to add polish and make levels, I hope.
