I will use the programming language “Java”…

Tools:

  • Programming Code: Java 1.7-1.8 (maybe parts of Javascript)
  • Graphics: GIMP
  • Music/Sound: Linux Multimedia Studio
  • (…maybe 3D Models: Blender)

I am just happy that it’s finished..

If this is not your first Ludum Dare and you know these stressing feelings you get in the last hours, you will understand what this title means. ^_^

This time I had finished after less than 36 hours, because I think I would have overturned it completely if I hadn’t.

After the first day I doubted so hard at my idea and the stuff I had done yet, that I just had to finish fast and upload the whole project. I just tested some games around here and I am happy to see other great games here with mine. So I wish everyone a happy Ludum Dare.

Enjoy the games! ^_^

PS: Sorry for no Web-Application ( Do you know Java-Applets..? )

Progress of the first day

Might have put way too much time into building an environment to provide atmosphere in Godot but it was fun! Hopefully I get my gameplay loop done tomorrow. It's intended to become a card game. ^-^

Finished the game in time

Can be played here!

The whole upload process was stressful, I'd say because I didn't test upfront whether the web port from Godot would work or my shaders would be compatible with the different renderer. But hey I got a somewhat decent Solitaire working in less than two days (in which I learned how to play it). So this event was quite fun again!
