This is going to be my first Ludum Dare! I've been interested in Ludum Dare for a while. I've watched several developers document the development of their LD games on YouTube and figured that I'd finally contribute. I'm not the best at staying focused on long term projects so the time limit is a great motivating factor. Now, I'm off to get my coding skills up to scratch :D

This will be my second Ludum Dare. My last one was pretty fun but let's hope that I can come up with a better name for the game this time lol. I'm definitely going for the compo as it's what I did last time and I like the extra challenge. I wish everyone the best of luck!

When I heard the theme the first thing I thought of was a game about drilling down into the earth. So far I've got the basic graphics and controls added, now I just need to implement things like enemies, power-ups, and an end.

Here we go again!

Right now there is a little less than 10 hours to go, so I hope everyone's ready!

For my toolset this time I'll be using FlashDevelop for my IDE, HaxeFlixel for the engine, Paint.NET for the graphics, and LabChirp + SFXR for the sound.

Hey everyone, it's been a while! My last submission was on my digivorix account back in 2023, but I've decided to return to using this one going forward. There have been times that I've planned to participate in jams, but never end up finishing my submission. Hopefully I'll complete something this time around :)
