Ludum Dare 47

I am impressed by the work that many have put in these projects.

To create many of these games during such a short time limit is quite a feat in itself. I personally have some additional fondness for games with a defined art style, or games which covers the "mood" category well. If you have any tips of LD games with a great art style, please do link them!

https://ldjam.com/events/ludum-dare/47/once-more-through-the-desert This is our game, a short, story-based game. We would appreciate it much if some of you played it and gave us your feedback!

Try our game, it's our first jam!

Feel free to try our game and leave a rating! https://ldjam.com/events/ludum-dare/47/once-more-through-the-desert A narrative driven game with simple gameplay.

I hope everyone had fun working on their projects, I certainly did! Many of the games were really impressive and quite unique. This is our first time, but we will probably participate next time too!

Ludum Dare 48

Good luck everyone!

Good luck, have fun, and don't be afraid to try something new!

A late night...

Well done everyone! I need to wake up early in the morning (lol)...

Improving with every jam!

This is our second time participating in Ludum Dare!

This time we aimed to make something that was better than what we managed to create last time, #LD47. In my opinion, we have succeeded with this, and in doing so have developed our skills in both programming and design. Not only this, but we are very inspired to continue participating in the future!

I think that aiming to always create something that is one step better than the other projects one has developed, is a very good way of acquiring new skills and further developing old ones. We are inspired to continue improving and creating games that are better than the last one, if only slightly, every jam.

Totteri is back!

We are joining again! And this time we brought some guests. Hanna404 and TheDovah will be handling graphics and backend code, respectively.

Some of you may have tried our previous game, "Hello, User." This time we will challenge ourselves to achieve higher ratings than our previous projects, while also participating in the Audio category with original audio and music.

We are looking forward to getting started, and also to play some awesome games!

You can follow our progress on our Twitter, where we also will highlight others' projects that we appreciate a little extra!

Beginning on the script!

Behind many good games lies a good story. Well, for me it does at least.

As such, work has begun on the narrative script for our project.

ludumdare.jpg

Our game this time around is a bit more ambitious. But with the added knowledge and skills of our guests, Hanna404 and TheDovah, we will try our best to produce something that our entire team can be proud of and that hopefully will be an enjoyable experience for others, too!

If you are interested in following our progress, feel free to follow us on our new Twitter!

We made it!

Really close on time this time... (lol)

But we managed to finish our most ambitious project yet (by a huge margin): BRUTEFORCE!

https://ldjam.com/events/ludum-dare/49/bruteforce

A thrilling terminal-based detective mystery centered around four suspects. Investigation will bring the player closer to figuring out the person behind a bomb plot.

The amount of narrative and personality we managed to squeeze into 72 hours of work is incredible for our small team! Thanks to our guests, Hanna404 and TheDovah for their very valuable assistance in this project!

If you are a fan of detective novels and/or terminal-based hacking games, you should check out BRUTEFORCE. Warning: it's not easy... and will probably need pen and paper to help your deduction.
