I'm happy with my entry this year as it is my most polished one I've done yet. I also only had Saturday to work for an extended period of time, so what time I had was used well. I didn't have time Sunday to post a blog update, so I thought now would be a good time. I was inspired by Sokoban style games and the movement, combat, and unexpectedness of basic roguelikes.

I won’t have a lot of time this weekend, but I plan to find the time to make something!

I’m a full time elementary school teacher, so I’ll need to work around grading papers and programming (and spending time with family) but I think it can happen if I plan something simple and efficient!

I also have DQXIs to relax with, so I think I’ll survive.

I've been waiting months with the new schedule, and am excited to start! My current project doesn't have a name, but I'm thinking something oozy or meaty would be appropriate. Totally not inspired by Plants Vs. Zombies. Nope.
