I love puzzle games, but I've only seen a few so far in LD45. If you leave a comment with your puzzle game I'd be happy to play and rate it (or just comment with a description and I can follow your profile through to it). I only have Linux and OSX so if your game doesn't work on those and can't be run in Wine or a Browser I won't be able to play it, but feel free to leave a comment anyway.
