I am intending to create the entirety of my game - art, music, sound, programming, design - by myself from scratch. But - since I am married and I have a baby, I know I won't have a lot of time to develop this weekend. So, even though I am intending to go "compo-style," I am gonna do the jam just so I get more time to work on it. Anyone else in a similar position?
This is my first Ludum Dare. My game gradually introduces and explores concepts and mechanics over the course of a dozen or so levels. Should I scale it back? Frankly the most interesting gameplay is at the end - should I be concerned that LD players won't make it that far? Should I just dump all of the best stuff into the first 5 minutes of the game?
My game is a puzzle-platformer where the player can sacrifice his/her limbs to double and triple jump.
I hope some folks will enjoy playing. In this short puzzle-platformer, you’ll be able to explosively fire your limbs away in order to double - even triple jump! Sacrifice your limbs to solve the puzzles.

Some progress on our LD46 rogue-lite platformer!
Procedural generation is in the "good enough" stage now and we even have a rudimentary gameplay loop! Still awaiting final touches on the character model and animations, but enjoy a gif anyway :D
