Despite the yesterday's "party hard" mode, we are making some really nice progress with nice things first. Here's the little screenshot from our WIP:
More things will follow! Nyaaaargh!
It's been a while since our last update and I feel like we should give you something ... oh look at this cutie-pie coming towards us? What does he wants from us? Time will tell. Or we will. But just not now, because "reasons" again.

Hopefully by third or fourth update we will be able to show you some real deal stuff - video as a minimum. So be prepared (to hugs and smoochies)!
Enjoy your evening, good people!
This has been a super-productive day for us! Code guru @girts-kesteris pushed and pulled some magical lines full of wise code to get our cute friends do cute things even better than before, meanwhile @snorlaxfromspace and @markos-erik-leemet continued working on some really neat effects and models and polishing the game, and @zivs was doing silly sounds and editing existing ones and made you a video! .... OH GOD WHAT'S HAPPENING?! ... NYAAARGH!!! ...

Not the best time to post your updates when most of the fellow Tartu jammers are long time sleeping. So, will use all my freedomsies of speechsies and do a repost of cool stuff we done (and done we a lot!) yesterday. Today we do last polishing, updating and non-essential feature adding party. Our mood is great and I hope your's also! 👀

I want to say big THANK YOU! to the guys behind Ludum Dare 41 Tartu, Estonia guys for making the event happen - everything was top notch and could not have been better.
So, we are reporting in with our game GORYTALE, which is our baby done in less than 48 hours - eye candy at first sight, brutal at first interactions with cutie-pies. Go, try it out here: https://sacristan.itch.io/gorytale (WebGL included! Be sure to use Chrome or FF for best performance!)
Don't forget to leave a review here: https://ldjam.com/events/ludum-dare/41/gorytale! <3

We made everything from scratch and managed to do so thanks to our team leader @girts-kesteris who did such an amazing work making all this "asdasdasdasd12373615235163" gibberish to line up in pretty code which made happen all technical stuff. Mega thanks to our 3D artists @markos-erik-leemet for super cute and kawaii AF creatures and @snorlaxfromspace for supersweet environment - couldn't ask for better one! Also thanks to @zivs (that's me!) for not wasting time washing down those expensive Estonian beers, but working with SFX instead.

By the deadline we made a pretty polished game and had time to implement features which were "optional, but not required" - see credits, for example. This is how awesome we were at managing our time, resources and snacks!

Anyway, feel free to play our game (we have a WebGL version for lazy ones, trailer and screenshots for super-lazy ones), give us a feedback, be it good or bad - all counts, and NÄEME TEINE KORD!
