We have now published a post jam version of our deep sea card game Hadal Depth!
Updates mostly include minor bug fixes and some slight visual improvements:
You can play the game here.

We now have a more polished version of our hit LD-48 game The Depths of Science. In this version a lot was changed to give it the full atmosphere we intended but didn't have time to make

Hey everyone! I've been quietly working on a post-jam version of my game Crash Lander. I thought I'd make a post about the new graphical style. Here are a couple before and after screenshots.

I was happy to hear positive feedback about the graphics for the original version of the game, but I was never really satisfied with them. In particular, the environment felt really plain.
I decided to create all new tilesets and add a variety of lighting. I think the results look quite nice and the darkness really adds a sense of claustrophobia as you delve deeper and deeper. It's not completely dialed in yet, but it's getting there. I feel like it's much closer to the original vision I had for the game.
I hope to release the new version shortly after the jam ends. In the meantime, I'd love for you to check out the original version! It's a pretty difficult platforming game about flying a rocket, managing fuel, and dying a whole bunch.

The post-jam version significantly improves the wall-jumping! Plus, nearly every screen has been updated; some screens are now completely different than they were from their initial version.

So, we went down a rating (as in the total number of ratings went down by one)? I honestly didn't know that was possible. Is it a glitch?
Also, we only need a few more ratings to get a grade at the end, would be nice to get. Keep in mind that the game requires VR. It uses room tracking, so you can't just play on computer or use a Gear or other phone-based headset.
Just a reminder that there is only one weekend left to rate games, so it is probably best to play and rate those that are in danger to help get them across the finish line rather than those with more than enough ratings (and if your game is in danger when you have rated less than 20 games yourself, you need to get out and rate. It is how the system works. Seriously, I hate to be the guy asking for rates anyway, but I definitely wouldn't be doing it had I not already rated enough myself; I mainly am asking now because it seems to be the only way nowadays to get enough ratings. The way to check is if you have a checkmark by the number of ratings given; if you don't, you haven't rated enough).
Have You played Descending? https://ldjam.com/events/ludum-dare/48/descending

Polishing even further after the Jam: More candle props and chandeliers designed by Monique Moon (https://www.instagram.com/moniq.moon/) with Interchangeable bases, tips, hights, widths, Colors, and offsets to avoid the user perceiving any repetitive patterns when stacking multiple layers of candles one over the other!

What a ride!
After almost three weeks of work we're finally able to share playable(and hopefully enjoyable) version of our game.
We fixed a lot of bugs, and probably created lots of new ones too, we added completely new(and much heavier) music. There are still no sound effects but we hope to add them pretty soon.
So please, check out our initial submission here: https://ldjam.com/events/ludum-dare/48/mole-mole

My musical platformer "Sing Deeper, Songsharks!!!" has had some wonderful feedback so far! However, the game is sitting at exactly 14.5 votes. To get to 20 reviews, drastic measures are required.
If you play and rate my game, I will bequeath upon you one or all of the following rewards: - I will get your name tattooed on my face - I will gift you 3 sq miles of territory on the moon (you could start a highly successful moon-cheese farm) - I will name my first born child after you, as well as my first-born grandchild - I will mail you $80,000 USD (in installments of 73 pennies every two weeks) - I will get your name tattooed on my face A SECOND TIME - I will help you fake your own death, if you ever have the need to fake your own death - I might even play and rate your game in return (idk, seems a bit unrealistic, but maybe?)
Stupid jokes and delusions aside, Songsharks is a groovy game about composing multi-purpose melodies! You have to discover the perfect melody in order to get your seagull to the end of each level. If you like puzzle platformers with a musical flavor, I think you may enjoy it :)

In Turrim 3D, you are Trapped at the top of a mysterious, tower that defies the laws of physics. You must fight your way deeper and deeper into it's ominous pits, as you journey to the bottom. Sounds like a lowly stroll doesn't it. But it's not as nice as it seems, for the tower is far from empty. It is filled with the numerous cloaked figures of the keepers of the tower, all doing their very best to kill you. But you have a secrete weapon, your very obvious, very sharp, not so secrete, sword.
Bash, hack, and slash your way through four hand-crafted levels (Yeah we ran out of time). Filled with lots of interesting items. Like tincans. Lots of tincans.
Here's a picture of a rock.
Oh yeah, did I mention the explosions? We have explosions. We're just that epic.
Does this sound like something you'd like the sound of? Yeah. Awesome! You can play Turrim 3D Here

Last days to rate games, can't wait to play more !
Since we're all here...here's an obligatory shameless self-promotion post for our game.

Far Side of the Mirror is an adventure game about exploring a cat's dreams.
Featuring a plethora of different environments, varied dialogue and interactions, a dancing minigame, and two very cool ducks.
Here's what some people have been saying about our game so far:
"Far Side of the Mirror has cats (😸) and mindblowing art and audio and an otherworldly atmosphere and cool chill birds. ... Overall I sum this up as perfection!" - peace-of-cake-games
"The entire experience was gorgeous and amazing from start to finish. :cat: ... This is an incredibly well-crafted and introspective narrative and world that you’ve put together in the short time of this jam. It’s bite sized, but it has the perfect amount of character and polish to really stand out. ... The audio design was on point too!" - jorgegamedev
"Rhyming Bird Mates are awesome." - room606
"I love this! Everything is so cute and unique. I just had to interact with every possible thing." - oco

I've updated my album, "Dare", with 4 new tracks for Ludum Dare 45 through 48. This brings the total count of tracks up to 23. As usual, anyone who already has the album can freely download the new tracks as well. Thanks for your support!
Mole Hole's low on ratings, I'd appreciate a couple more so I can see how badly I did after this is all over.

Here's a gif since that's the only way to attract attention to my post:

And here is the link.
