Rocks!
Things chugging along nicely here in the Tamanegi Collective, and i'm pleased to showcase a few rocks that we've created for the mine the goblins work in, and a motivational poster for our goblin workforce!

I have made a bubble mechanic buts all it. Any ideas people, haha
This is my second jam, I'm not very good at coding and don't fully understand what I'm doing, but the process itself gives me great pleasure. I hope no less than to all of you. Good luck to all of you, but do not forget to rest, eat, and take care of your family)

I just saw bubbles, there has to be something down there! But nothings biting. Perhaps if I tried going deeper. . .
So far I've only seen one blocky game. I'm genuinely surprised
Take a look at the first concept of our game, made by @nespigares

i Am making a relly good progress on my game!! i am going to finish my game today or tomorow!

this is the backround for my game (i dont have a name yet, but i have some ideas☺)
Starting with my first idea Also trying to stream here https://www.twitch.tv/nosferathoo
EDIT: Also trying to make everything using Unity Bolt extension

We're planning to post some progress pics/updates on our Twitter either during or after the jam, so stay tuned @AnaxieStuio!
Best of luck, everyone!
As I have a very limited time this weekend, I went with the first idea that came to my mind - going deeper and deeper into the depths of the ocean. So there is a bathysphere going down to the unfathomable depths, killing everything dangerous with it's laser beam :-)
Yes, my plan was to work on the game mechanics during the weekend and then on the art on Monday, but I just can't do anything with placeholders. So I created my first pixel art ever and here's the result:

Please give me feedback. https://streamable.com/0us7jq
i just wasted an hour implementing sprite flipping, do you know how noticable it is? take a guess... 3 pixels.
Aiming at making something very short.. isometric design.. and Action type of game!
Let's go!

i immediately thought about a deep ocean setting (tho i'm seeing it's a pretty popular idea regarding the theme). here's some art.

The plan: an ambient explore 'em up with audio landmarks. Maybe: some collect-a-thon things? Goal: just chill out and build stuff and hopefully have an interesting little world to explore deeper and deeper Unintended: phallic symbols unrelated to theme

Always remember saving your project every once in a while and stay hydrated!!!!
not sure what i'm going to do yet but having fun with art so far

I decided not to go with the obvious interpretation of digging. Instead, you are a soldier whose country is sinking deeper and deeper into debt. At your general's command, you are launching a one-man invasion of a neighbouring country, plundering their precious resources in order to pay off your national debt.

As you drive deeper and deeper into enemy territory, there will probably be some kind of unfolding storyline... but first I have to make a playable game out of this.
Have you ever watched a short animation from Disney?

According to this video, I thought of an animal hotel idea!
You manage a hotel where animals come to rest, you have to assign the animals to a room manually but after a bit, they will leave and pay you, use that income to upgrade the rooms or build more rooms. You might need to go deeper and deeper to build, posing new challenges.
