I'm in

Hello! I'm CodeAprèsMinuit, and here are my theme suggestions for Ludum Dare 59: - Dream - Illusion

I think I'll use PICO-8 because it's a minimalist game development environment and it's easy to share a game. See you on April 17!

My Suggestions

Vessel - anything from a ship and container to something philosophical Diegetic - suggested with UI in mind, but I'm sure there's a lot more you can come up with

Returning after Ludum Dare 52!

Good to be back after a few years!

I'm really out of ideas so i suggested:

Flying Islands Wacky Mechanics

I know they wont go throught the slaughter, but someone has to suggest flying islands!

See you all on April 17th!

AI use

Hello everyone, what are the rules regarding the use of AI in relation to programming? Is copilot allowed? Are heavier drugs like Claude AI permitted?

Ludum Dare 59

This will be my third Ludum Dare this year, but my first suggesting themes. I've got Whimsy and Rock 'N' Roll. Probably not going anywhere, but worth the shot

Hope I will have the time

Would love to participate a 14th time, but will need to see if I can make time. Screenshot 2026-04-07 091403.png

Gonna Try the Compo for the first time!

Wish me Luck! Done a pile of Jams, but never the Compo. Always wanted to! Gonna try to take it easy and publish whatever I've got Saturday night.

Excited for my second LD

LD58 was my first ever game jam and I got into the top 33% participating solo in the JAM category. This time I'm going to try the COMPO and hope to improve my personal best. It would be huge to get into the top 10%. I feel a lot more confident and prepared.

It's going to be challenging since I'm a UE dev mainly, but Unity is my choice for jams.

Any advice from more experienced participants?

Good luck to everyone!
