Why Call Girls in Hyderabad Should Choose Freelancing Over Agencies?

There are many reasons why call girls in Hyderabad should choose freelancing over agencies. First, freelancing allows girls to have more control over their work. They can choose their own clients, set their own rates, and work from home. This gives them more freedom and flexibility than working for an agency. Second, freelancing is often more lucrative than working for an agency. Hyderabad Call Girls can charge more for their services when they are freelancing, and they can keep all of the profits. This allows them to make more money and to better support themselves. Finally, freelancing is a great way to build a personal brand. Girls can use their own website or social media platforms to promote their services, and this can help them attract more clients. Overall, there are many benefits to freelancing over working for an agency.

  1. The benefits of freelancing over working for an agency.

There are a number of benefits to freelancing over working for an agency. Perhaps the most obvious benefit is the freedom and flexibility that freelancing offers. Freelancers can choose the projects they want to work on, set their own hours, and work from anywhere they choose. This freedom and flexibility can be a major draw for many people. Another benefit of freelancing is the ability to earn a higher income. Freelancers typically earn more than agency workers, as they are able to charge higher rates for their services. This is due to the fact that freelancers are typically more specialized and have more experience than agency workers. Finally, freelancing can be a great way to build a portfolio and gain experience. By freelancing, you can take on a wide variety of projects and learn new skills. This can be a great way to build your resume and improve your job prospects.

  1. The freedom and flexibility freelancing offers.

Freelancing is a great way to have the freedom and flexibility to work when and where you want. You can choose the projects you want to work on and set your own hours. This can be a great option for people who want to be their own boss or who want more control over their work schedule. Freelancing can also be a great way to get started in your career. You can build your portfolio and network with other professionals while working on projects you are interested in.

  1. The advantages of setting your own rates and hours.

Setting your own rates and hours can have a lot of advantages for freelancers. For one, you can charge what you're worth. If you have a lot of experience or are in high demand, you can charge more than someone who doesn't have those qualifications. You can also choose the hours you work, which can be helpful if you have other commitments or want to take a day off. Being your own boss also has its advantages. You can work from home (or anywhere you want) and take on as much or as little work as you want. You also don't have to answer to anyone else, which can be great if you're the independent type. Overall, setting your own rates and hours can be a great way to maximize your income and flexibility as a freelancer.

  1. The ability to choose your clients and projects.

The ability to choose your clients and projects is a valuable one. It means that you can be selective in the work you take on, and that you can choose clients and projects that are a good fit for you and your business. This can lead to a more successful and satisfying career. When you are able to choose your clients and projects, you can be more selective in the work you take on. You can choose projects that are a good fit for you and your business, and that you are interested in. This can lead to a more successful and satisfying career. Being selective in the work you take on also means that you can charge more for your services. When you are passionate about the work you do, and it is a good fit for you and your business, you can charge more for your services and be confident that you are worth it.

CHOOSING CLIENTS

When it comes to your business, you want to be choosy about the clients you work with. After all, you are only as good as your clients. Here are a few tips for choosing the right clients for your business: 1. Look for clients who are a good fit for your business. 2. Look for clients who are interested in what you have to offer. 3. Look for clients who are willing to work with you. 4. Look for clients who are fair and reasonable. 5. Look for clients who are willing to pay your rates. cropped-logo.png CHOOSING PROJECTS

Just as you want to be choosy about the clients you work with, you also want to be selective about the projects you take on. Here are 5. The satisfaction of working for yourself. There's a satisfaction that comes with working for yourself. No one to answer to but yourself. You're in charge of your own destiny. You make the rules.

Of course, there's also a lot of hard work that goes into it. But when you're the one calling the shots, it's all worth it. You know that you're the one responsible for your own success. There's a lot of freedom in working for yourself. You can set your own hours, choose your own clients, and do your own thing. You're not tied down to someone else's schedule or agenda. There's also a lot of responsibility. You're the one who has to make sure the work gets done. You're the one who has to make sure the bills are paid. You're the one who has to stay motivated and push yourself to succeed. But when you're working for yourself, that's all part of the fun. You're in control. You're the boss. And that's a feeling that can't be beat.

Hi Everyone!

Planning (task tracking) in game jams

Inspiration

Usually when doing game jams, I keep a list of things that I want or have to do in my head, and I go with the flow. It's actually not that bad when I'm only doing the programming, because it's reasonably simple and it's what I'm most experienced in... but this time I decided to do COMPO, so I also had to consider visuals and audio, of which I know pretty much nothing. (I'm excluding game design, because to a large degree it happens on the stage before the planning.)

Inspired by one of the game jam tips in @candlesan's video, I decided to do some proper planning - write down tasks, estimate them, split them into mandatory and optional.

How it helped

Initially I had 3 main ideas. After doing a 20 minute tasks+estimates pass on them, I got a much clearer view on the scope of each one, as well as which parts need more work, things that I've missed while it was all in my head, etc. That helped me choose which idea I want to go for, and gave me confidence that even if I've underestimated some stuff, I'll have enough time to do everything I consider mandatory, and complete the base game.

Also, once I got to the execution, I had a clear path of things I needed to do, and the order was rather obvious! It helped with staying motivated and on track!

Tools

I used WorkFlowy for my task list as I just love that tool, but one can use Trello, notepad (probably), some physical thing - whatever works best for you.

Approach

I started with brainstorming ideas. Once I got 2-3 that I'm reasonably interested in, I wrote them down in WorkFlowy and made sublists with the tasks, giving each of them a rough estimate. I delved deeper where it was necessary, added subtasks or more details, until I felt that all main things are covered.

After that, I started working on the tasks, and as I was doing it, I marked them with #indev and #done tags for easier visibility, and I also wrote down how much time they actually took, to validate my estimates and see where they're off, so I can do them better in the future.

The plan itself

Here's the "amazing" task list for my game  (the "(real - X)" part is how much time a task actually took):

Conclusion

I hope this random post will be helpful to someone! I'm definitely going to do this again next jam and see how it goes!

And here are some links to my game, its complete Unity project repo, and my website if you wanna see other stuff I've created!

Quick note: Controls in the game are a bit clunky, so please read the instruction on the game page. Also, sometimes there are problems with the dialogue UI -- try to play the web version of the game, it should work the best. :)

Thanks for trying SPACE GARDEN! :)

ldcover.png

Thanks all of you for trying SPACE GARDEN! I've reached 46 ratings (want to push it to 50? ;) ) and this is more than needed!

CaptureLD.PNG

It's been a bit less than two weeks since the end of the event and I've made few changes to fix bugs and little issues to the game (they're all announced on my LD game page https://ldjam.com/events/ludum-dare/52/space-garden ).

But I'll most probably develop the game further using the current gameplay as part of the game, but not only (it is not sufficient for a game right now). It'll be a rogue-like/lite (I still have things to figure out), where you'll alternate between gardening on your meteor (the deck builder phase), and defending your meteor-garden (the tactical part). The code I've produced during the jam has been un-spagghetti-ed to smooth the upcoming development.

If you're interested in following the development of the game, feel free to follow me on Twitter https://twitter.com/yamzho ! By the way, the game will have a different name I am not 100% decided on.

Thanks for reading! :)

skincare

Rosehip oil, grape seed oil is high in linoleic acid, which helps fight acne and improves complexion as described here https://elvasallnaturals.com/blogs/news/rosehip-seed-and-grapeseed-oil-2-top-ingredients-in-transformative-skincare . Derived from the tiny seeds of grapes and often a byproduct of winemaking, grape seed oil is also rich in antioxidants, including vitamins C and D.

Some different character animation

Still working on my game for a post jam version.

Among other things these guys get some hacky animation through the shader. GIFONE.gif I basically just manipulate the 2 images that make up a character.

GIfghfghF.gif I will also add more variation to the character generation but I didn't get there yet. I probably also need to separate it into head, face and body and not just head/body and face.

Interesting Statistics about Dice Settlers

Recording 2023-01-21 at 10.29.20.gif

I decided to do a little analysis of playtimes in my latest entry, Dice Settlers. I only look at sessions that completed at least 1 turn of the game, and my analysis is basically just done based on the timestamps of high scores being submitted. Yay for lazy analytics ^_^.

First the high level stats: * 39 people played an average of 25.9 minutes * 18 of these won the game in an average of 42.6 minutes * 21 of these quit after an average of 11.7 minutes * 22 people played more than 20 minutes * 17 hours of "fun" were had

If I restrict this to only players coming from Ludum Dare (ignoring my friends and players of my other games who might have played), I see these stats: * 24 people played an average of 25.1 minutes * 13 of these won the game in an average of 32.2 minutes * 11 of these quit after an average of 16.6 minutes * 16 people played more than 20 minutes * 10 hours of "fun" were had * With 21 ratings at the time of posting this, I guess 3 people didn't rate after playing * 3 people played less than a minute and played only a single turn (let's hope these are the same 3 people!)

Some takeaways: * This is a meaty game (I knew that upon submitting it ^_^), can easily spend more than 20 minutes, and 6 people even spent more than an hour! Almost everyone put in at least 15 minutes. * Rolling dice can be addicting, who knew? (Answer: the whole gambling industry) * My total hours of fun for this game is approaching the amount of time it took to develop it, that's a good sign for a jam game, right?

Want to waste a half hour rolling dice and exploring slightly obscure mechanics? Go play Dice Settlers.

Anyone else have a really meaty game I should sink my teeth into? Post in the comments!

It's all about the atmosphere...

Once again, we want to thank everyone who played our game and rated us.

We had a lot of comments about the atmosphere of the game. We have taken great care to offer you this peaceful and pleasant result. Our artist worked a visual direction as if it was a children's book to give candor and freshness to the game. You can find his comic works on his instagram autostrip_tristan.

art_game01.png

But the mood of the result would not be so successful without the musical work of our composer who imagined two original themes for the game. Many of you have told us that you liked the musical atmosphere. We like it a lot too!
