If you're under 20 ratings and have a web build, link your game here and I'll give it a whirl before I go to bed tonight.

Analytics The alpha demo was released yesterday. 77 people sign up for the demo, 17 of those people sent the wrong email, so they won't be able to access it. So far, 27 people have accepted the invitation, 14 of those people have installed the game, and roughly 12 of those people have actually tried the game. 3 people have completed the feedback form. Keep in mind it's only 7:30 on Friday, right after the alpha was released. So more feedback will be given soon, hopefully.
Impressions From what I've read on the feedback forms as well as users on discord, the game is enjoyable, but feels like a prototype. That's understandable given that not a ton of content is available in the alpha, and the average play time to finish the demo is about 15 minutes. Almost all users agree that the clipping issues need immediate attention, as well as your body getting stuck in the ground. Enemies aren't very interesting to deal with, and players are often killed when shot from behind.
What needs to be done - Technical The primary focus has to be *the big three. Clipping through objects, getting your body stuck in things, and climber wonking out when it's not sure what to do. Performance isn't perfect, but meets requirements to be released on the oculus store. Continued effort must be put in to maintain current performance.
What needs to be done - Design Mixed feedback is being recieved on the design of the game. Many players are unsatisfied with the AI, but creating an AI that behaves interestingly is frankly too big of a challenge for me, especially on top of all the VR nonesense. To compensate, levels will need to be redesigned so that the game's strengths are emphasised. Meaning less focus on killing enemies, and more focus on climbing and coming up with unique ways to approach situations. Levels may become more linear, but with more interesting scenarios within them.
Hey fellow devs and LD enthusiasts!
The Root Maker team has been hard at work over the last few days fixing some small bugs and quality of life issues with the game. We've made a lot of good progress, and are happy with how Root Maker turned out - definitely some other improvements we would want to make if we could do it again, but we were pretty happy with the results since this was our first jam as a team. If you haven't played it yet, we'd love for you to check Root Maker out here!. Feedback is much appreciated.
We're looking forward to having some more time to continue playing and rating other games this weekend. It's been a cool experience seeing some of the awesome stuff you all have made, and it's definitely been inspiring (and humbling!) to see what some of you came up with over the LD weekend. We're excited to keep getting to see the other games we haven't gotten a chance to play yet!

I'd just love to say a massive thank you to everyone who has played my game, "ARTvertising! Battle of the Dollar Stores"! For my first finished LD Game, this has been a great experience for me!
