I'm in... since 11 hours.
My day ends now but I have done the most important scripting parts. :cowboy:

My day ends now but I have done the most important scripting parts. :cowboy:

My protagonist is done.
A gentle gangster. :)
For the next hours I will make some more of these guys and than...C# will be my friend again.

Most of the scripting parts I've done yesterday and today. Now I have to concentrate on the visual stuff and sounds. :D

Less than 6,5 h ... maybe 70% of my assets are done and my main character is not finished yet. But I dont't rush. I do my work on this Jam with enjoyment. :) Now I create my levels. A background track have I composed too. Was not really difficult. You would understand what I mean when you play my game. xD

My original Jam submission was a bit short so I worked on a Post-Jam version which comes close to the concept I wanted to realize in the Jam but the great wall of 'wich scripting stuff I need, how I write it and how long does it take to draw all things?' blocked me. There were too many new things I had never tried before.
Things which are new in version 1.0:
-animations yay
-new sounds
-new enemies
-a much bigger level
-an ending ...
Things which I want to implement in version 1.1:
-better hitboxes
*-a checkpoint system *
-a super challenging boss battle!
-another ending screen
-another attack animation
-to skip text bubbles
-another background
So have fun and give me feedback to my Post-Jam version. :)
This time I will go back to the roots and create a 3D game. "I think I'm good prepared" he said ... and then his time is running out again too fast. Guys are you prepared? :)
I have too less blood in my hands. So I make a cut for today and take a really long break. Take breaks guys! :D

Explosion without nice effects.
The 2nd day comes to an end and today I have done a bit too less. :/ To this Ludum Dare I worked the most time on the scripts and I'have done only a bit art stuff.
Maybe I'm not in time today but I think I can finish the game tomorrow. Not with beautiful art but with a good gameplay ... that's what I hope. Skal! :D

Explosion time again! Boooooooohm! Not perfect but nice!
Yo guys! I've fixed my target tracker bug and now it's much better playable.
How many missiles you need for a big bang? ;)
Well I start now but for this LD I only have two days. So, let's see if I can finish a simple idea until tomorrow.
I'm sending a giant motivation bubble to you all. Haaaaaaaaaah! :D
So far so good. The programming part is done to 55,8946% and 10,5% art. xD Well, there is a lot to do tomorrow. By the way, I've working on a Memory Shooter.

The majority of the scripting is done and now I do what I love. I'm building a world. :D

I fixed my zip file. The UnityPlayer.dll was missing. Know it's working again. Check it out. :D

Try it and solve it. :D

Version 1.01 is out now. :D I finally found time to fix a few problems. The sounds of the combinations are more clearly to hear and the jumping part is a bit user friendlier. In the next update I will add another level.

Well, for this LD I want to create a more relaxing game than a gameplay heavy game. That's the only goal I impose on myself. And it will be in first person and maybe a bit narrative heavy.
That's enough. It should not be complex. Think simple. (<- that's what I say to myself) xD
Well, we have currently not so much done in Unity but the game concept and the color mood is roughly done.
Now it's time for the magical scripting and the 3D modeling.
Wish you all a good jamming. Eat healthy and sleep enough! :D

The half of the jam is over and I've done nearly 1/3 of the needed scripts and no 3D props. Today it's gonna be ... really funny. Think positive! :D At least I have a little motivator.

Making progress... I guess? But only with particles.

If you haven’t already finished your game: Don't procrastinate! Finish your game! Now! You can do it! Be focused! :D
And for the people who does the Jam: You have only a bit more than a day. Be focused and take enough nutritions and sleep enough. Your body will thank you with Jam-Power! :D
