I'm in! I've been messing around with multiplayer stuff in Gamemaker recently, and I'm thinking of implementing it in LD44! Is there anything network-related I should keep in mind/any tips before I go for it? (safety etc.)
Sleep-deprived and running on caffeine, I went brain dead and just played my game for more than 40 minutes straight. I did the same thing over and over, buying upgrades whenever I had the chance. This is the result. https://ldjam.com/events/ludum-dare/44/martian-scrapper

Top speed, acceleration, projectile velocity, explosion size, and reload speed upgrades!
Hi All. I'm no longer shackled by my duties so I'm planning to go into reviewing mode tomorrow and play and rate another ~20-25 games. If you’re interested in this game, do leave a rating and feedback and I will happily rate yours ASAP!
Here's a re-post from 2 weeks ago: "Sleep-deprived and running on caffeine, I went brain dead and just played my game for more than 40 minutes straight. Ah, I'm a little late on the rating train! I don't want to just ask for ratings, so I'm setting a goal to rate a total of 30 games (I know it's not a lot compared to others but..).
If you need ratings as well, do consider trying out my game :). https://ldjam.com/events/ludum-dare/44/martian-scrapper

I hope everyone had a good LD!
P.S. I just noticed my title image still has the transparent guide lines visible. Oops.
4 months have passed already, huh? I'm pretty busy this specific weekend... but I'll make something nonetheless.
Learning from last time, the design/dev goals will be: * Short development time * Short play time * Clear ending So basically, something Short and Sweet!
While I'm at it, I might take the time to try something in Unity instead of Gamemaker too...
Hope everyone has fun!
