First time as a contestant, let’s do it !

The idea of the game is really simple : 10 seconds to defuse  a bomb !

You must enter a passcode. It’s really simple at first, but I intend to add more complexity :

• more and more characters to write down
• add special characters ( !”/$%?&*()_+ ) etc
•  have to solve a basic equation
• enter binary sequence ex.: 0001010101010010101110

If I have time, I will add music and special effect but since it’s my first LD, I should focus on finishing the basic game play first.

Here is my progress so far :

The basic gameplay is done. I have added some sound effects and a stressful music that should help you add some difficulty

I still need to create an menu, title screen, add more complexity. I tried to add camera shaking but the result was not smooth enough, I should look into it again when I get up.

I just uploaded an Android version of Defuse in 10 seconds

I tested it with the nexus 7 2013.

This is a slightly different version, adapted for android device.
The 3d keyboard of the laptop is now functionnal.

Esc / Back : Quit the game
F1 : Reset the game
F4 : Change the orientation (landscape / portrait)

After many attempts, two false start and one final exam yesterday ­, I finally made a it ! Here is the game for my second Ludum Dare.

The theme is, you are the only medic in the city, and the only one to have a cure for a very dangerous disease, highly transmissible. You have to spot the first infected civilian and cure him before the virus spread.
