Near, yet so far from done.

I only want the visible part of the tiles as collision...(In godot, if anyone wants to help with a comment, thanks.)

I don't quite get the collision in 2D and Z-axis for isometric... the invisible collision should be disabled... 🤷♂️
I'll attempts to recreate the pixel art of the "depth of this dungeon" in 3D with crocotile 3D...
it will be faked iso in 3D, but the same idea at the core. I'll keep the headbanging for actual isometric for later.
"Now that I got what I desire, I must get out of here.
But how? the maze keep shifting even after the wizard ultimate defeat.
Everything will collapse soon, I must make haste!"

I started collecting tasks of thing to do so I can prioritise.
Dumping everything in there, in hope I can restart faster later.
Wanted to build html to show end of day one but my hero art bugged after export, there is that kepping me going.
So as well as fixing that, I'm giving the hero his first less placeholder texture.

Remade the player to be more readable and expressive, fixed the moving platform and started blocking out the boundaries.

The font, I made some year ago, but I made it. the level transition tutorial I found was only for staging environnement... so I had to hard code everything to deliver theses four levels. The music I made too.
The time left is for winding down, trying to enjoy the build and find and fix anything that may break the game.
The goal of the game is to have the highest score with the fewest death!
Thanks for having me here, had fun!

I decided to use the time between the end of the compo and the end of the vote to continue working on my game and show it after the vote. So here it is! An updated version, which will be the continuity of my Compo game.
Currently a very small-sized prototype (I just finished the level transition system, so now I can start expanding the world), with which I hope to create something more whole over time, even if small.
Escape the dungeon - What did he do to deserve this?
A puzzle and adventure game where everyone is wondering, What did he do to deserve to end up in the dungeon? So many questions that only your curiosity will answer!
Escape the dungeon - What did he do to deserve this? is also an attempt to a be as reasonable as possible to a no text game, meaning that any language could play the game.
The puzzle will, in hope, would emanate from symbols scattered through the land and the dungeon, which in turn, when correctly pieced together, will create your path to adventure, along the way, we might know why did he do to deserve to end up in the dungeon!
Where I will post updates from now on: https://barnabe-wild.itch.io/escape-the-dungeon-what-did-i-do-to-deserve-this
I kinda like the sound of the idea and it would appears fun, that's why I intend to push the project a little further. There is no speed on this project, it's spare time.
Glad to have participated in this jam, thanks!

A friend wanted a crow collecting trinket game inside a ship with 6 axis of freedom and I went with it.

I updated the game so it can be played with a keyboard and adjusted the sensitivity of the axis to have more fluid flight!

The few hours left are for winding down and testing for game breaking, it's simple but there is a loop! Live the suspense of this eerie forest!
