Thank you to everyone who has played my silly game jam game, Caller IDie. I've received a lot of constructive feedback and learned so much. Going into this my only goal was to have at least 2 people have fun with my game, but it seems a good few more than that have now as well.
I was happy to learn people enjoyed my 3D art, as I'd only just started learning 3D when doing Ludum Dare and decided to set a very heft goal of making a full 3D game in 3 days when I'd only learned a bit of it 2 days before.
I used to be apprehensive about developing 3D games, as I felt my artstyle wouldn't translate to 3D, but seeing the love for the simple models I made for LD has brought me so much joy.
This jam has inspired me to continue developing 3D worlds with engaging NPCs that break the norm of how they're traditionally done. Even if these kinds of games don't perform commercially, I feel at home making all these things. Thank you to everybody who's helped make my work more visible, you've truly given me hope for a future in this industry :)
