Time Saver: Now probably fixed for Linux
Before there was an issue with missing shared libraries under linux. Now everything should work just fine. Check out the game itself: https://ldjam.com/events/ludum-dare/47/time-saver

In this update we fixed some problems with balance and now this game should be much, MUCH better than it was before. If already played previous versions, then it is a good chance to try something new! Try it now: https://ldjam.com/events/ludum-dare/47/time-saver

It seems like any idea could easily fit this theme
This is the first time I participated in Compo and the first time I manually configured the whole LibGDX project without using an automatic setup tool in a game jam. Porting to HTML was confusing, especially since I don't know anything about GWT.
Unapocalyptic is a survival-clicker where your objective is to survive as long as possible during a zombie apocalypse, nuclear war and survive during a meteorite fall.

I just made some changes and uploaded them. There now are a player walking animation and a particle effect on smashing. If you want to play the game without those changes to rate it properly, there are additional links marked (Jam). If you want to try the game with latest changes, use links with (Latest) mark.

I just made some changes and uploaded them. There now are an explosion particle effect (That was probably a mistake) and more options for controls to make game more accessible. The score is now also shown after death. If you want to play the game without those changes to rate it properly, there are additional links marked (Jam). Zombies now fall faster and climb slower, so it looks a little nicer when you smash them. The hitboxes are adjusted as well, so now zombies do not kill you from seemingly very far away. When smashing, the player now jumps a little bit. And the last change: high score is saved locally between runs and shown on death.

Your last ritual has gone terribly wrong, and now a bunch of hellkittens are emerging from below. Serve them well, or be killed!

I don't know why, but it seems like with every game I make for Ludum Dare, I evolve backwards. But at least it's something!
For some reason, it doesn't work when embedding on Ludum Dare, but it does work on Github Pages!

PS: I'm just now realizing, maybe a better word would have been 'Servant'. Well, it is what it is now
