Hi! I’m going to joing my first LD. Also I am going to try and make something for the miniLD.

I will be using Unity, audacity, photoshop, 3dsMax,etc…

I started late because I didn’t have any ideas. Now I got this, it looks very simple but I like it.

It is 6 am here, I’m going to sleep a little…

Moral of the story: Give up.

So yeah, I was able to finish my first LD entry. The game is “Walk to the door”, a simple puzzle which involves to move windows around.

It got some really cool comments, I’m so glad people liked it!

So here is what went right:

-I got a pretty nice game.

-When I got the idea, things went really well.

-The code is nice in my opinion.

-Made a game for the mini LD, so everything was set up. (Angline)

What went left:

-Wasted most of the first day, It was hard to get an idea that wasn’t a shooter.

-Live streaming really distracted me, even if no one watched me.

What I learned:

People really like innovation, it is better to be original than to make really nice graphics and stuff.

I loved participating on LD, I look forward to the next one!

I just uploaded a post compo version of my game on newgrounds.

I added a new mechanic, like 4 new levels and a “tutorial”. Also fixed a few bugs.

I’m gonna try to make some sort of stealth game in wich you can transform into different props.

This is very early and all the assets are placeholders.

It is 5 am here, so I’m gonna go sleep!
