HonestDanGames then used that sketch to put together a basic 3D model setup which Spacey3D has drawn notes over for further planning:
Spacey3D is looking forward to making plants. All the plants. I am looking forward to hearing how many people will be foiled by the rolly chair obstacle. I've also requested a lizard but we'll see if it makes the cut because pew pew bonus scope animation is more important.

Ive also requested lizard on helmet, per my mockup below, I'm pretty sure the idea will grow on Spacey3D and we will be blessed with a cute blepperson that can sometimes obscure your view while doing tasks 🦎

Brainoid recently added the the Lars clones which are stand-ins for the survivor npcs who need have an injections before they board the shuttle. Sure their organic plant matter hats are super stylish but are not permitted inside the spacecraft. Also look at them fly when you bump into them, weeee!
LARS IN COLOR! Look at how bootiful he is, such a great asset thanks to Spacey3D. (Please laugh at my terrible puns)
I made fanart of Lars with blepperson which may have finally swayed the team into including a lizard into the game.. we shall see
