Prepare to sleep less, but better.

Parking can be difficult, especially in limited space. The gif above shows the hardest level in my game.
Thanks for all the ratings and feedback. You can play & rate A Parking Story here: https://ldjam.com/events/ludum-dare/54/a-parking-story
Progress was really slow. I discarded a prototype about cicada digging underneath.
This is not my first choice. The mechanics is too simple. However, after struggling for hours, I decided to stick to this one. I'll try to make some game content out of this simple idea.

When I googled images about Depth, there are lots of images about camera's DOF. I thought about making a game about it, but found the core mechanics was too simple. So, I spent a whole day making a digging game prototype and discarded it as it was too complex to make, and I was just not quite excited about making another digging game.
So, I went back to my first idea, Depth of Field, and nearly gave up this LDJam since I was not confident enough to make an interesting game with that mechanics. After some rest, I chose to stick to it and finally made some gameplay variations and even embedded a simple story in this game.
I am REALLY glad that I didn't give up this LDJam. Now, you can play & rate it here.

On the first day, I doubted if I could make a game with this idea. Thanks to the community’s positive feedbacks for an early concept post, I knew there were people interested in this idea and finally made it.
The game is a short and sweet experience. Play & rate it here.
Although depth of field is a strange take on the theme, I’m not alone. If you like this mechanics, don’t forget to check other titles like this and this.
