Well I’ve finally decided it’s about time to give Ludum Dare a go! Probably won’t be submitting a game at the end as I don’t think I have the experience to make a game in 48hrs but that is also one of the reasons why I am doing this, so I can gain experience. I’m very excited as this will be my first time doing any sort of game jam! I guess it’s now time to start stacking up on Lollies and Fanta!

I was wondering what audio tools does everyone use to make sound for your games? Also how do you go about getting sound for it? Do you download it or go out and make it yourself? Thanks in advance!

Well after working on my game all yesterday it’s time for day 2! I over slept a bit thanks to me being lazy but it’s fine cause it’s still really early. Hope everyone’s game is going great! I was unsure about my game yesterday but when I played it again today I was really proud of it. Still heaps more work to do so I better go! GoodLuck to everyone!

11 O’clock pm here in Victoria, Australia and with only 12 hours to go I still have a lot of work to do! Guess this is going to be a long night. Hopefully I can squeeze some sleep in somewhere.

Goodjob everyone who competed in the 48hr compo. Hopefully your games are fantastic. This was my first Ludum Dare and I loved it! It’s almost midday and I still haven’t had breakfast or had much sleep. Congratulations once again and good luck to the 72hr Jam people.

I was just wondering how long everyone has to vote on games for?

What is very annoying for me is, because I live in Australia, Ludum Dare starts 1pm on the Saturday and due to school I can’t compete as I need to be in school. This really sucks but I guess I will just do my own little one the following weekend.
