My first LD
Finally, I have an idea.
Finally, I have an idea.
Just like a half year ago, we are still team of two, so we are in the Jam category. We plan to release the game in under 48 hours completely from scratch. Sure, that might be slight disadvantage, but we feel like it’s a bit more challenging and, of course, more fun. Our goal is to enjoy the weekend, learn new things and get better at game development overall.
This time, we decided to stream our progress on twitch (smarttoy & vrerabek), feel free to stop by.
We discovered our common passion in making games during the Last LDJ. Since then, we started developing a game together. We call our “studio” Quiet Muffin. We develop games over the evenings and weekends. For now, we are trying to get better every day and hope to release our first game as soon as possible. Feel free to watch our progress on QuietMuffin.com and Twitter!

This is a prototype of one of two ideas ... if there's enough time, maybe we'll do both.

this time we set up much less time for intro:

This year I chose a different strategy ... not to wait until midnight for the theme to be published, but rather to sleep well. Unfortunately, I didn't sleep as well as I planned, so it will still need a lot of caffeine. Good luck to everyone.

The strategy of catching sleep between two days seems to pay off. Thanks to that, I have a lot of new ideas for improvement.
I finished a lot earlier. Unfortunately, I can't spend more time on this time.
Feedback is welcome.

For those of you who have trouble installing my game, I've made a short gameplay video that will walk you through the game as if you were playing it yourself. I welcome any feedback on the game, whether you played it or just watched the video.

This time I was strict, but I chose some topics. I hope that together we will choose a theme so that not every game is exactly the same.

And one of my suggestions survived !!

Time to prepare and refresh my Unity skills after half a year. I'm so excited.
Ok, so here is 6 o'clock in the morning, it's time to start coming up with a game concept. Good luck to everyone.
I can't wait for my 6th ludum dare. This time I hope for the participation of my friends and maybe we will create something cool.

Many thanks to @guardaro for his wallpapers.
