Throwing my hat in the ring again, hoping to finish this time (second time’s a charm maybe?). Just going to try not to get bogged down with graphics and keep it minimalist until the code is done. Using Phaser, Aseprite, BFXR. Keeping it simple.
Second time playing, first time finishing. Throwing my hat in the compo to boot! Tried to use both the themes in this one and kept everything as minimal as possible so that I could get it done. Didn’t get to add everything I wanted to but it came out as an interesting little game. Hope it’s not too confusing, I added some instructions at the start so I hope that helps but if I had more time I’d add a bit of a tutorial progression and probably some more goals other than high score

J and K – hold to scroll, tap to edit the rule
Space or click – start, restart, make things grow!
