Yeah yeah, so prizes are not the goal. But I’m offering a bounty of one Steam game gift of less than $20/2000Yen etc. to the designer of the game that has the highest rating that is programmed in C++. Hopefully it’s my own, because I’d like to buy Monaco and I need an excuse besides Notch tweeting that he likes it. Or, the winner can trade his prize for one potato in my choice of varieties. Tweet me @redsounding after the compo if you’re the winner! Native code forever! Small print:
C++ includes C code but does not include C#(though I love it) and Obj-C.
To be considered C++ it must include some reference to esoteric template meta-programming. Not.
C++11 is encouraged.
One use of the keyword ‘auto’ is required. If your code is not C++0x or C++11 you must define it yourself.
Use of a compiler define or global constant entitled LD48_POTATO is not required, but also encouraged.
End small print. All in fun, of course. Good luck to all.
Edit: Up to and INCLUDING $20 for a Steam game. For you technical types.
