Will you take up the challenge? Come beat our game SHOAL (100k+ score)

https://ldjam.com/events/ludum-dare/50/shoal

Hi there! When we released our game, we noticed after few tries an average 15k score. Some players started to try hard a bit and they reached 25-35k.

But after a while the players were able to play endlessly. It is an infinite scrolling game, and the maximum speed is definitely controllable. I personally consider you have beaten the game if you score more than 100k points. Few players has reached this step. Will you take up the challenge?

Here is @ausstein high score.

From Ludum Dare entry to Steam Release?

Ever wonder which Ludum Dare entries have the potential to become full games? We're asking ourselves that same question with Chanterune, our "MetroidBrainia" platformer entry. When does an idea justify the investment of thousands of hours of work? How can one tell if a concept will sustain a team's motivation in the long term, without being so ambitious that it becomes daunting?

Have you found any LD56 entries that you believe could evolve into full games? Feel free to share them in the comments! I'd like to play them and give feedbacks.

We'd also appreciate any feedback on the potential of a full Chanterune game - not just what we accomplished in those 3 days.

I guess players will define our game as a crossover of Balatro x Scrabble x Dave the diver. But is that really a problem?

Come play our letter game with some arcade and a lot of bonuses!
