Ludum dare 48 isn't something I thought I'd participate in, but guess who got unity?

So I am using love2D (Hopefully with more than 12 hours lol) and I was wondering how much baseplate code we can have. Here is what I have right now.

main and conf just set up the exe and set the title to LD53. If I used this format, would I be allowed to participate in the compo? thanks!

Prevent some shooters from killing the president by moving them around. You only have so much room, however, so you must make them all uncomfortable in a 3x3 grid. Controls in-game.
