This was meant to be my second LudumDare. This time i already felt that im not on the LD-Hype-train. So i started with a friend and we started getting some ideas while voice chatting. We got one great idea, but after a try came to the conclusion that the mecanics are to complicated for our skills with the Unity-Engine. Because this was our main idea it was hard to find a new idea. After a short break we just started with the next fun idea, but after some working-hours on this second idea it got clear, that it was not fun. The gameplay was not very nice and it over all was not fun for us. I mean a LudumDare is hard in some kind. But it is meant to be a great experience. At this point we decided together to stop working.

With a game that did not work yet.

It was a hard decision and i didn't felt great after it. I just wanted to share this experience. I'm sure this happens to some people as well but when you quit you won't come back to write a post right? :D

This is my second LudumDare. I moved to a place far away from a big city. Let's see how it goes without anybody interrupting me in my process. My tip: Go for a walk during the game jam.
