Heh...
Can you check the quality of my stream? The network connection is poor and I want some feedback (I can't watch and stream at the same time). Stream: https://twitch.tv/datneverikguy

I'll use yt instead. My channel is Stepan Shabalin.
Yay! I have an idea. Basic platforming and level loading done, enemy spawning and battling mechanics left!
I've added enemies that eat the tree filesystem and slowly destroy the space.

I need to add glow to all objects on the screen (including drawn lines) and maybe other effects. How can I write a shader to do this?
So, I added some color, effects and debugged it. A lot.

Added some polish, the game is in a playable state. Still not juicy enough, no sound.

This was the most succesful jam for me so far. I learned so much! There still are a few bugs, and I tried to smash them, but the still keep appearing. There is no sound, and the music is procedurally generated.
HAVE FUN PLAYING (link)!
I used Godot as a temporary game engine in this jam, and it looks like it has some build problems. The game is not fully cross-platform, and the building workflow doesn't work for me. I will use Unity for the next jams, and Godot for all other non-jam development.
The text box doesn't work.
Figured it out. It's just that text doesn't show, everything else works...
And yes, I'm definetely in!
I'm in! And I made a simple 2D scaffold for the Godot game engine:

I made an MVP, I guess.
The title is Henhouse, but I haven't done the graphics yet...
Here's a link to the game: https://neverik.itch.io/henhouse

My local game tester (guess who it might be) has pointed out a bug in the fading implementation. It's fixed now!

There are already chicks!

The game can be played now - only some minor polishing left.

He is just so cute! (And yes, I used the Go Gopher design)

I need to stop polishing.
That's all folks! I've come a long way!
